Canada's Subban appreciates coach's support

UFA, Russia - Team Canada head coach Steve Spott headed off a controversy by naming Malcolm Subban as his starting goaltender at the beginning of the world junior tournament.
It, in itself, was a controversial decision given Subban’s performance heading into the tournament.
