UFA, Russia — The heavy hand of the International Ice Hockey Federation came down on two more players on Tuesday at the 2013 World Junior Championship.

Russia forward Valeri Nichushkin was suspended for one game for his hit from behind on Canada defenceman Tyler Wotherspoon during Canada’s 4-1 win on New Year’s Eve. With Nichushkin serving a major and a game misconduct, Canada scored two goals on the power play.

Would Seattle be a good city for the NHL to relocate to?
Yes, it'd be a great market.
  Maybe, who knows.
No, they should go to Quebec instead.
