UFA, RUSSIA - Steve Spott has pushed all the right buttons.

Team Canada's head coach juggled his lines for Monday's big game against the Russians and has been unyielding in his defence of goaltender Malcolm Subban from the start of the tournament.

The benefits of both moves were evident in Canada's 4-1 win over Russia in a jumping Ufa Arena.
