Canadians forced to make a change following Charles Hudon injury

The Canadian junior team has been forced to make a roster change because of injury, five days before the start of the 2013 world junior championship in Ufa, Russia.
Forward Charles Hudon has suffered an injury, and he will be replaced for the tournament by fellow forward Mark McNeill.
