CALGARY - If anybody involved with Canada's world junior team has a book on coach Steve Spott, it's Ryan Murphy.
This is the fourth season Murphy has patrolled the blueline for Spott and the Kitchener Rangers.
Toss in the coming tournament in Ufa, Russia, and we're talking about a pair of people who know each other inside-out.
