Mark Scheifele the only Jets prospect invited to world juniors camp

WINNIPEG - Every once in a while, life reminds us we can want something too badly.

That might have been the case with Mark Scheifele last year.

The Winnipeg Jets prospect, after not cracking the NHL in his first try, was determined to dominate the World Junior Hockey Championship.

Going into the junior team’s 2011 selection camp, Scheifele talked openly about wanting to be Team Canada’s No. 1 centre.
