67's double up on Majors
By QMI Agency

A three-goal first period helped the 67’s skate to an upset 4-2 win over the Ontario Hockey League’s top team in Mississauga on Sunday afternoon.

Ottawa’s two Codys — Lindsay and Ceci — and Tyler Granovac scored in the first period and Ryan Martindale added an insurance marker in the third to give the 67’s the road win over the Majors.

67’s goalie Petr Mrazek made 41 saves in the win, only surrendering a late first period power-play goal to Devante Smith-Pelly and a late game marker to Maxim Kitsyn for the Majors.

Would Patrick Roy make a good coach for the Colorado Avalanche?
