Former Lumber King charged with sex assault
By QMI Agency

OTTAWA -- A former Pembroke Lumber Kings forward was charged with sexual assault this week.

According to the Erie Times News, Kyle Just, 20, originally from Arnprior, Ont., was charged with second-degree sexual assault and released on a $10,000 bond Tuesday.

Just, a freshman at Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa., is charged along with Jordan Tibbett, 20. Both men play on the school's hockey team, according to the Times News.

The two are accused of sexually assaulting a woman on campus on Nov. 14. She claims she went into a bedroom with Just and that Tibbett entered the room a short time later.

The woman told police that Just and Tibbett took off her clothes, sexually assaulted her and forced her to perform a sex act on them.

Just was selected by the Kings in the 2007 CJHL draft.
