Petes halt 67's streak

It was Missiaen accomplished for the Peterborough Petes against the Ottawa 67's on Saturday.
Jason Missiaen stopped 37 shots and Peterborough ended the 67’s shutout streak with a 3-1 victory.
The 67’s (25-17-4-3) got within a goal when Corey Cowick scored with 3:56 to play. A penalty to Cody Lindsay for head-butting with 2:27 left took the wind out of their sails and Justin Larson got the empty-netter.
Petr Mrazek stopped 18-of-20 shots for the 67’s. Matt Puempel’s goal 4:26 into the game snapped the 67’s shutout streak at 214:38.
The 67’s visit the Oshawa Generals on Sunday (6:05 p.m. ET, Rogers Sportsnet).
