The Ottawa 67's added some size to their roster last weekend.

Ottawa acquired forward Peter Stevens from the Barrie Colts in exchange for a fifth-round draft pick. The 6-foot-3, 210-lb. right winger made his debut with the 67's in Sunday's 5-4 shootout loss in Oshawa.

"Peter is a hard-nosed player who plays with an edge," 67's coach Chris Byrne said of the 20-year-old native of Chester, N.Y.

"He'll add some size and grit to our forwards, and he'll provide leadership in our dressing room, on and off the ice."

In 196 OHL games over four seasons, Stevens has four goals and 14 assists with 404 penalty minutes.
