Torrie Jung, #1, EDM

Good thing for the Oil Kings that the Tampa Bay Lightning can't get their hands on Jung yet. With their depleted goalie situation the NHL squad could use their draft pick right now.

Oil Kings must hope that their MVP had a good night's sleep last night after making 95 saves in less than 36 hours.

Alex Plante, #4, CAL

At 6-foot-4, the Oilers' draft pick stands out as the tallest of the trees on the Hitmen blueline. Otherwise, without numbers on their back, Calgary's D-men would be virtually indiscernible - all have size, mobility and love to fire from the points. And, oddly enough, all are right-handed shots.

NOTES

There have been two noticeable absences on the Oil Kings bench since Game 1 of this series: wingers Tomas Vincour and Craig McCallum.

Shoulder woes have been a problem for Vincour since his return from Team Czech in the World Juniors in January.

McCallum "had a personal issue," said Kings coach yesterday. He's gone home to deal with the issues.

"I think (the players) understand the situation he's in and we'll be there for him. I think that's what family is, and that's what you try and build here is a family."
