Vancouver Giants' goaltender Dustin Slade is eager to show Moose Jaw he's not the same guy who incited brawls and scrapped with fans in the Saskatchewan city.

The former Regina Pats' bad boy is hoping to extend the Giants' 10-game playoff winning streak tonight when the Western Hockey League championship shifts to the tiny Civic Centre, nicknamed the "Crushed Can."

Giants beat Moose Jaw 5-1 Friday and 7-5 Saturday at the Pacific Coliseum for a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

"These fans haven't seen the new Dustin Slade," he said. "It's definitely nice to go there and show them the new one, and show them what kind of team we've become."

Warriors host Vancouver tonight and tomorrow and, if necessary, Thursday. Faceoffs are 6 p.m. live on MOJO Sports Radio and Shaw TV. Two more Giants' wins and Vancouver is off to the Memorial Cup in Moncton, N.B.
