DARREN FRIESEN -- Calgary Sun

, Last Updated: 8:44 AM ET

COMING IN:

A convincing 4-0 win over Swift Current made up for a poor performance the night before and gave the Hitmen two of three victories on their recent roadtrip in Saskatchewan.

The Pats have only one win on the season and have dropped their last two prior to last night's game in Lethbridge.

HEAD-TO-HEAD:

This will be the first meeting of the season between the two clubs. The Hitmen (3-1-1-1) took the season series last year versus the Pats (1-4-0-0), with a 3-1-0 record.

WHO'S HOT:

HITMEN -- Netminder Scott Bowles is coming off his first shutout of the season against Swift Current. RW Konstantin Pushkarev has three goals in four games since joining the club on Sept. 28.

REGINA -- Overager F Brent Hill leads the Pats with two goals and two assists. D Kyle Deck, 18, who was pegged to have a breakout season, has three points.

WHO'S NOT:

HITMEN -- D Jeff Schultz has yet to bulge the twine this season.

REGINA -- RW Jonathan Bubnick, brother of former Hitmen Michael Bubnick, is minus-5 on the season.

SPECIAL TEAMS:

The Hitmen have struggled on the powerplay but showed signs of improvement in their last outing, going 2-for-4 against the Broncos.

INJURIES:

No injuries to report

NOTABLES:

Pats G Dustin Slade, who got into two scraps against Red Deer last week and was ejected from the Pats' 4-0 loss, will get the start ... Slade got knocked for a 3-1 loss to the Hurricanes last night in Lethbridge.
