OTTAWA - For most children on Boxing Day, all the gifts have been unwrapped and no more surprises remain.

But for the 6,500 young hockey players in this year’s Bell Capital Cup, there may be a few more holiday highlights.

The 14th Bell Capital Cup runs from Friday to New Year’s Day in Ottawa. The tournament is considered one of the world’s premier atom and peewee events. This year, close to 400 boys and girls teams from as far away as China will descend on local arenas, restaurants and city attractions.
