This week saw both Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus commenting on how Rory McIlroy may or may not have an effect on Woods' future performance.
The average golf fan is salivating over more head-to-head matchups between golf's former undisputed heavyweight champ and its new No. 1, who handily picked up all the top-player awards in 2012. And Woods, while recognizing McIlroy's brilliant ascent on his blog post at TigerWoods.com Monday, didn't altogether dismiss a rivalry with the 23-year-old, but he wasn't yet ready to acknowledge it's game-on either.
