LA QUINTA, CALIF. - The "Q" in Q-school might as well as stood for quirky.
Or quality.
The last PGA Tour qualifying school as we knew it concluded Monday and with it went one of sport's great tests -- almost half a century worth of uplifting stories, weird turns of events and the cruelty of a man's dreams dashed over six days, six holes or six minutes.
