Tiger Woods' ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, has split up with businessman Jamie Dingman, People magazine reported Wednesday.

While Nordegren and Dingman reportedly were at a New York Rangers game last week, a friend said the former model was not ready for a serious relationship. Dingman is the son of billionaire Michael Dingman.

Nordegren, 32, and Woods, 36, divorced in August 2010 after their five year marriage crumbled amid news of the golfer's extramarital affairs.

Nordegren is now a part-time college student working on a psychology degree, while overseeing the construction of her new home in Palm Beach, Fla.

Meanwhile, Rachel Uchitel, one of Woods' mistresses, gave birth Tuesday to a daughter in San Francisco. Uchitel is married to businessman Matt Hahn.
