PHILADELPHIA - Rory McIlroy's ascent up the world rankings continued this week as the runaway U.S. Open champion inched up to third.

Luke Donald remained in first, followed by Lee Westwood and McIlroy. Martin Kaymer slipped one spot to No. 4, while Steve Stricker held on to the fifth spot.

Phil Mickelson, Matt Kuchar, Graeme McDowell, Jason Day and Masters winner Charl Schwartzel rounded out the top 10 again this week.

Dustin Johnson kept the 11th spot, while Bubba Watson and Paul Casey switched places with the American in 12th and the Englishman 13th. Ian Poulter and Nick Watney completed the top 15.

K.J. Choi, Tiger Woods and Robert Karlsson stayed in their rankings from last week. Hunter Mahan climbed one to 19th and Jim Furyk slid down to 20th.

Fredrik Jacobson earned his first PGA Tour victory Sunday at the Travelers Championship and shot up 49 places to No. 61.
