Ziesberger's top five reasons each team made it to the Super Bowl:

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

1. Sticky Fingers

Every Thursday during a game week, coach Pete Carroll has a practice which stresses forcing turnovers on defence and holding onto the ball on offence. These are the Seahawks top priorities in every game. The result: Seattle led the entire NFL in turnover ratio at plus-20.

2. Home Cookin’

By being the top seed in the NFC, the Seahawks enjoyed the post-season advantage of luring the Saints and 49ers into the loudest, craziest nuthouse in the league, known as CenturyLink Field. No team enjoyed more of a home field edge in the entire league this season.

3. Simply Beastly

Marashawn Lynch gets first downs. He chews up the clock. He runs through and over opponents.
