SAN FRANCISCO - Colin Kaepernick flexed his tattoo-covered right arm, bowed his head and gestured as if he was kissing his bulging biceps.
The electrifying San Francisco 49ers quarterback had just ripped off a 56-yard touchdown romp against the Green Bay Packers when he pulled up at the back of the end zone and morphed into the pose that is taking the Bay Area by storm.
