They are the NFL’s big red machine and the Kansas City Chiefs are making history.

After putting aside a surprisingly game Houston Texans for a 17-16 win Sunday in K.C., the depth of the Chiefs’ turnaround season is growing more impressive in the week. In fact, with the latest victory, they are in territory never seen before in the league.

Playing relentless defence and clearly inspired by coach Andy Reid, the Chiefs became the first team in NFL history to start 7-0 after having the worst record in the league the previous season.
