Deion "Prime Time" Sanders has been enlisted by TV icon Oprah Winfrey.

Sanders, who had a hugely successful NFL career and a mildly successful stint as a pro baseball player, will soon be the star of a new TV show on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

Called "It's Prime Time," the reality show is described in an OWN press release as a docu-series about Sanders' "crazy and chaotic" family life. OWN promises it will be a "hilarious and compelling real-life story of Deion Sanders."

It's Prime Time is set to premiere in early 2014.

Sanders, now 45, is a two-time Super Bowl champion and eight-time Pro Bowl selection as a cornerback. He also played 10 seasons as an outfielder for five different big-league teams.

Currently, Sanders is a NFL Network analyst.
