Browns WR Gordon working at car dealership

Josh Gordon cannot be found in the NFL or even the CFL this season, but the suspended Cleveland Browns wide receiver will be highly visible at Sarchione Auto group in Randolph, Ohio.

According to reports, Gordon was hired as a salesperson and community ambassador for the Chevrolet and Ford dealership.

As part of his role, Gordon will work with the Wounded Warriors foundation.

Gordon led the NFL in receiving last season despite playing in only 14 of 16 regular-season games. He was suspended for the first two games for a violation of the NFL's substance-abuse policy.

His latest suspension, which Gordon appealed based on mixed results between two samples tested by the league, prevents Gordon from being at the team facility or taking part in team functions for a full season. It can be a one-year suspension -- as the Collective Bargaining Agreement calls for -- ending Aug. 27, 2015.

Gordon hoped to receive permission from the Browns to take his talents north to the Canadian Football League. But not only as the team opposed to that idea, the CFL, which doesn't test for recreational drugs, was ready to deny Gordon entry into the league during his year off.
