Marshawn Lynch hasn't changed a bit ... unfortunately

SEATTLE - You see him run and you see him score.

You see him showered in Skittles, helping his Seattle Seahawks to a Super Bowl title and doing his part as one of the keys in a multidimensional offence that has taken the NFL by storm.

But you haven't heard much from running back Marshawn Lynch, who didn't speak with the media at all in the 2013 regular season and kept that vow of silence throughout the entire 2014 training camp.

So when Lynch held court Tuesday at the Seahawks suburban practice facility, was it worth the wait?

Only if a backdrop of profane, high-volume rap music gets you going.

In a bizarre and immature display in the Seahawks dressing room, the first-round pick of the Buffalo Bills back in 2007 spoke at his locker -- more like mumbled -- but managed to say next to nothing.

In part, it was because Lynch spat out answers or merely glared at the various questioners and in part because of the music that blared from a speaker inside his locker.
