Picking a fantasy defence is one of the quirkiest things in the game. Instead of picking a player to score massive amounts of points, you’re selecting an entire squad to stop it. How good would you feel about taking the Seahawks and then seeing your quarterback matched up against them in real life for you in a crucial week?

1. Seattle Seahawks

(219 points allowed, 44 sacks, 28 INTs, 11 fumbles recovered, 4 TDs, 197 points)

Lost a bunch of players in free agency, but should remain among league’s best units.

2. San Francisco 49ers

(270 points allowed, 38 sacks, 18 INTs, 12 fumbles recovered, 5 TDs, 168 points)

Pass rushing might become an issue for the Niners until Aldon Smith returns from suspension.

3. Kansas City Chiefs

(303 points allowed, 47 sacks, 21 INTs, 15 fumbles recovered, 7 TDs, 207 points)

Scored the most fantasy points as a defensive unit last season thanks to seven TDs.
