Jimmy Kimmel is harping on Toronto again. This time in reference to the Buffalo Bills.

And this time he's threatening war.

British actor Daniel Radcliffe appeared on Kimmel's late-night talk show on Tuesday. After explaining how he overcame a visa issue while in Toronto, the Harry Potter star said he crossed into the U.S. via Buffalo.

"All I know about Buffalo is the Bills are there," Radcliffe told Kimmel. "The only conversation I could come up with in Buffalo to this lovely woman who was helping us, was, 'So, the Bills might be going to Toronto, I hear.'

"And she just gave this incredibly serious, sad reaction, (saying), 'I don't know what this town will do if they ever leave.'"

At which point Kimmel interjected: "If the Bills go to Toronto, we're going to war with Canada. We are."

The NFL team is up for sale, and the Toronto group led by rocker Jon Bon Jovi placed a bid on Tuesday. Only in recent weeks has the group disavowed its original intention to relocate the franchise to Toronto.

For the past year or so, Kimmel has serially lampooned Canada's largest city and its embarrassing mayor, Rob Ford.

There might be cross-over subject matter for Kimmel. Ford loves football and coached a prominent Toronto high school until last year.
