Cue the Fourth of July fireworks, Buffalo Bills fans.

Just in time for the American long weekend, QMI Agency has learned that the trust overseeing the sale of the NFL club on Thursday morning released the sale book to potential bidders.

According to a source who requested anonymity, the trust began informing prospective purchasers who have signed the non-disclosure agreement how to download the sale book -- officially called the "offering memorandum" -- via a secured website.

The Bills kicked off the sales process on June 19 when it mailed to prospective buyers -- including those who had announced such an intention, and even those whose names merely appeared in reports -- both a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) from law firm Proskauer Rose and a teaser sale document.

Potential bidders had to sign the NDA in order to receive the sale book.
