Tyrone Moore Jr., the half-brother of Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White, died in a shooting outside a nightclub in James Island, S.C., early Saturday morning.

According to the Charleston County Sheriff's Office, deputies wre called to the Lake House Club at 2:51 a.m. ET Saturday. An altercation occurred in front of the club and gunshots were fired that hit the 21-year-old Moore, witnesses said.

Moore, a Charleston resident, was prounced dead at Medical University Hospital in Charleston. The incident is under investigation. No suspects have been identified.

The Falcons offered their support for White.

"We were all saddened to learn about the death of Roddy's brother Tyrone," Falcons owner Arthur Blank said in a statement. "Roddy is part of our Falcons family, and families stand together in difficult circumstances.

"Roddy and his family can count on our support through this very trying time. On behalf of the entire Falcons organization, we extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to Roddy, his mother Joenethia, and their entire family."

Moore lived with White for several years, according to the Falcons.
