TORONTO - When it comes to Jersey-Gate, Orlando Franklin does not understand what all the fuss is about.

So what if Mayor Rob Ford wore a No. 74 Denver Bronco Franklin uniform top at a Toronto press conference during Super Bowl week?

In Franklinís mind, this has nothing to do with any of the alleged issues that have caused Fordís name to be splashed in headlines all over the world.

By sporting Bronco colours, all Ford did was back a kid who scratched and clawed his way from a Toronto juvenile detention centre just over a decade ago to a hometown-boy-done-good who is now a starting right tackle in the National Football League.

Whatís wrong with that?
