Luke neither controls nor summons the force. He merely is one, arguably like no other middle linebacker in the NFL.

If you missed the clinic that aired on TSN/ESPN Thursday night, allow me to summarize: The top three or four plays in the meaningful portion of the Ravens-Panthers game were all made by Luke Kuechly.

He’s the spectacular second-year defensive demon for the Carolina Panthers. Opposing quarterbacks, running backs, tight ends and wide receivers are quickly going to fear this man, if they don’t already.

They should at any rate.

Kuechly (pronouned KEEK-ly,) dominated the first half of Thursday’s game like no linebacker you’ve ever seen in a long time. Hyperbole? Check out the highlights at NFL.com. I dare you to disagree.
