Presumably, Kevin Kolb will run plays in the Buffalo Bills' new hurry-up offence a lot faster than he signs contracts.

Nine days after the free-agent quarterback agreed to terms with the Bills on a reported two-year deal worth up to $13 million, Kolb finally made it official Monday. He met the local press afterward at the team's Orchard Park, N.Y., headquarters and explained why he chose to sign with the Bills.

"For me it was just straight, 'Hey, how can I go win? How can I go be successful?' I am here to win a Super Bowl, period," Kolb said.

"There are very limited opportunities in this league. I have been lucky enough to have a few of them. Hopefully (I) have another one here and plan on taking 100% care of that and making sure I do my part to play at the highest level."
