More legends could be leaping to new teams
With Welker setting the example, icons Jennings and Reed are eyeing new teams

NFL free agency is making for some strange bedfellows.

First, New England’s favourite son, Wes Welker, left Tom Brady for Peyton Manning and a healthier paycheque in Denver.

And, while they were just visiting Thursday, Greg Jennings and Ed Reed may soon join the Benedict Arnold Brigade.

Jennings, who has been Aaron Rodgers’ favourite target in Green Bay for years, was in Minneapolis talking with the Packers’ biggest rival.
