Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was driving at least 177 km/h in the Dec. 8 car crash that killed teammate Jerry Brown, according to Dallas-Fort Worth TV station NBC 5, citing police reports.

The police report stated that Brent's speed ranged from 177 km/h and may have reached as high as 215 km/h on Highway 114. Police confirmed two months ago that Brent was speeding when his vehicle flipped after striking a curb.

Brown was pronounced dead at a local hospital. At the time of the crash, Brent had a blood-alcohol content of 0.189%, more than twice the legal limit.

The 24-year-old Brent has been indicted on one count of intoxication manslaughter, which carries a minimum sentence of 20 years in jail.

  Yes.
  No.
He has to prove himself before I decide.
