Racial inequality remains in NFL hirings

Racial equality in sports has come a long way, but too often the discussion still comes down to black and white.

The NFL instituted the Rooney Rule to help change that.

It mandated that teams interview at least one minority candidate for every head coach or general manager vacancy.













Is first round pick Eric Fisher a decent choice by the Kansas City Chiefs?

  No.
  He has to prove himself before I decide.
