Seahawks and Redskins -- Yes, both teams run and pass out of the pistol formation, especially the Skins. And both run I-formation plays. Seattle even runs zone-read 'give-or-keep' option plays out of a spread. But the staple running play for both teams is the outside-zone stretch.
