Restraining order against Chad Johnson dropped

Reality TV star Evelyn Lozada has had a restraining order dropped against her ex-husband, disgraced NFL player Chad Johnson, following an alleged headbutting incident in August.
The former Cincinnati Bengals and New England Patriots wide receiver was arrested and charged with misdemeanour battery following the domestic altercation, which prompted Lozada to file for divorce after just a month of marriage.
Johnson pleaded not guilty to the charge and was subsequently placed on probation, ordered to complete an extensive anger management class, and banned from approaching or talking to his ex.
However, the former couple reunited in a Florida court on Monday as Lozada filed a request to end the protection order. Her motion was granted after a brief hearing, according to TMZ.com.
