Bills Hall of Famer confident team is staying in Buffalo

The Peace Bridge certainly doesn’t bring much peace of mind to the loyal football fans of Buffalo, especially when they see the team buses carrying their beloved Bills disappear across it into Canada en route to yet another edition of the Bills in Toronto Series such as the one Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks at the Rogers Centre.
Even a Hall of Famer such as Thurman Thomas can relate to the angst the hearty citizens of the Queen City have when it comes to the alleged wobbly future of the longtime NFL franchise in western New York.
With nonagenarian Bills owner Ralph Wilson, 94, having let it be known that the team pretty much will be on the open market once he passes away, the rumour mill has speculated potential landing spots for the franchise ranging from Los Angeles to a permanent home in Toronto to, well, name a city ... any city.
