Texans brace for 'big test' against Patriots
By BILL LANKHOF, QMI Agency

Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson says Sunday's game against the Patriots is the "biggest game in the history of this franchise." (MIKE STONE/Reuters)

Andre Johnson has no illusions about the meeting this week between his Houston Texans and New England Patriots.

“It’s big,” Johnson said. “You know how big it is, biggest game in the history of this franchise. It’ll be a big test for us and we’ll be ready to go.”

The game matches the 11-1 Texans against the 9-3 Patriots. But while Houston has a better record, the Patriots represent what the Texans want to become — the epitome of consistent excellence. The Patriots have shown themselves to be Super Bowl threats. They have shown they can win the big games.

  Yes.
  No.
