SAN DIEGO, CALIF. - The San Diego Chargers have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with running back Ronnie Brown.
Terms of the contract, announced Friday, were not disclosed.
Brown, a seven-year veteran, spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles and rushed for a career-low 136 yards on 42 carries in 16 games.
The Auburn product spent the first six years of his career with the Miami Dolphins, rushing for 4,815 yards and 36 touchdowns. Brown posted his only 1,000-yard season in 2006 when he ran for 1,008 yards on 241 carries.
