SAN ANTONIO - The Dallas Cowboys have released four starters from 2010, including running back Marion Barber.

Offensive tackle Marc Colombo, guard Leonard Davis and wide receiver Roy Williams were among those let go by the Cowboys.

Barber played in 13 games for Dallas last year, rushing for a career-low 374 yards and four touchdowns.

The emergence of Felix Jones and Tashard Choice allowed the Cowboys to get rid of Barber.

Selected by Dallas in the fourth round of the 2005 draft, Barber carried the ball 1,042 times for 4,358 yards and 47 touchdowns over 88 career games with the Cowboys.

Dallas also waived kicker Kris Brown, offensive lineman Robert Brewster, linebacker Kelvin Smith, guard Travis Bright and wide receiver Troy Bergeron.

Center Andre Gurode (knee) was put on the PUP list.
