SEATTLE - The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly landed wide receiver Sidney Rice.
The Seattle Times reports that the ex-Viking will sign a five-year deal with Seattle on Friday.
The Seahawks reportedly reached an agreement with former Vikings quarterback Tarvaris Jackson on Tuesday. Both Rice and Jackson played for new offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell in Minnesota.
Rice, 24, was limited to six games last season because of a hip injury. He caught 17 passes for 280 yards and two touchdowns.
The Vikings' second-round draft choice in 2007, Rice was voted to the Pro Bowl in 2009 after catching 83 passes for 1,312 yards and eight touchdowns.
The South Carolina product has caught 146 passes for 2,129 yards and 18 touchdowns in 48 career games with the Vikings.
