Michael Vick still has a long way to go before he's in Peyton Manning's league. But, at least he's back in the endorsement game.

Vick's income stream outside football went to the dogs when he was busted for his connection with a dog-fighting organization. Nobody likes a puppy-killer.

He went to jail and many believed that he probably was done as a football player. But he's revived his career with the Eagles and now he's back in the money-game, too.

Vick has signed a two-year endorsement deal with a company that makes football pads called Unequal Technologies, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. The story notes Vick did a car dealership commercial in New Jersey in December, but that was reportedly just for the use of a car. This contract is a "sizable" investment.

"We're real excited about it," Unequal Technologies CEO Rob Vito said. "Michael is good people. He paid his dues. This is what makes America so great. He's moved forward. He's a whole other person."
