NEW YORK -- Two more Patriots are headed to the Pro Bowl, as the NFL announced on Wednesday wide receiver Wes Welker and offensive tackle Matt Light have been added to the AFC roster as injury replacements.

Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson is missing the contest due to an ankle injury, while Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jake Long is dealing with shoulder and knee issues.

Welker, who suffered a significant knee injury in the 2009 regular season finale, rebounded to record 86 catches for 848 yards and seven touchdowns for the AFC East champions.

Light has been an integral part of New England's successful offensive line for the past 10 years.

It's the third Pro Bowl selection for both players. The Patriots currently have eight players selected for the All-Star showcase.
