EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants could be without two key offensive players -- wide receiver Hakeem Nicks and centre Shaun O'Hara -- for Sunday's must-win game against the Washington Redskins due to injuries.

In last week's loss to Green Bay, Nicks suffered a broken left big toe, while O'Hara aggravated an Achilles' tendon injury that has caused him to miss significant time this season.

Despite missing two games this season with compartment syndrome in his lower right leg, Nicks leads the team in catches (79), yards (1,052) and touchdowns (11).

Giants head coach Tom Coughlin said he doubted Nicks would be able to play in the regular-season finale, while leaving the door open for O'Hara's return.

New York must win in Washington on Sunday and have the Packers lose to the Chicago Bears in order to sneak into the postseason as a wild card team.
