PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Ben Roethlisberger may be limited in practice this week because of a sprained foot, but he doesn't think the injury will keep the quarterback out of this Sunday's AFC North showdown against Baltimore.

Roethlisberger apparently suffered a sprained foot during the first half of this past Sunday's game against Buffalo, but he was able to finish the contest and is in a walking boot.

"He might be limited somewhat [Wednesday]," said Tomlin during his media briefing on Tuesday about the chances of Roethlisberger practicing. "I am going to be optimistic and hopeful and he may be a full participant, but there is a chance he couldn't be. There is some pain and discomfort. We will see where the week takes us."

Roethlisberger threw for 246 yards and was sacked five times in last week's 19-16 overtime victory against the Bills.

Since returning from a four-game suspension to start the season in the wake of his off-field issues, Roethlisberger has completed 62.3 percent of his passes for 1,825 yards with 12 touchdowns and just four interceptions.

The last game of his suspension was Pittsburgh's 17-14 home loss to Baltimore on October 3. The Steelers and Ravens will enter Sunday night's tilt in Baltimore with 8-3 records.
