JACKSONVILLE - The Cleveland Browns have ruled out receiver Josh Cribbs for Sunday's game in Jacksonville.

The decision was made after the team arrived in Florida in preparation for the contest at EverBank Field.

Cribbs did not practice all week because of a foot injury suffered in last Sunday's 26-20 overtime loss to the New York Jets.

He has made 17 catches for 235 yards and one touchdown while carrying 16 times for 69 yards during the Browns' first nine games of the season.

Cribbs has also returned 21 kickoffs for 439 yards and brought back 11 punts for 95 more.

Defensive back Mike Adams has also been ruled out of the game with an abdominal injury that prevented him from practicing during the week.
