What do Denver Broncos’ quarterback Tim Tebow, U.S. President Barack Obama and Jesus Christ have in common?

Give up?

According to John D. Gilliand, all three have made him feel threatened. In response, he filed a restraining order against them in Florida.

Gilland also said that Tebow, Obama and Jesus were all a part of gangs and have made gang symbols at him. He also told the Alachua County Court that he had felt threatened by them.

“I was trespassed from the Kangaroo Gas Station on University for saying T-Bo sucks,” Gilland wrote in his petition. “I personally hate any type of exercise although I feel Billy Blanks has a wonderful video.”

For those who don’t know, Billy Blanks is the creator of the exercise video Tae Bo.

The court denied Gilland’s petitions the same day they were filed, but Tuesday afternoon, Gilland filed a sworn statement against Tebow and Obama in attempts to get the court to reconsider his request.
