INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie has been ruled out for a Week 10 tilt against Cincinnati due to a concussion he suffered on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

With about 2 1/2 minutes left in the first half, Peyton Manning threw a ball over the middle to Collie, who was hit by safeties Quintin Mikell and Kurt Coleman, the latter getting flagged for hitting a defenseless receiver.

Collie, who turns 25 on Thursday, dropped the pass and went to the ground immediately. After several minutes, the BYU product was taken off the field on a stretcher but was alert shortly thereafter in the locker room.

In his second NFL season, Collie has made 45 receptions for 502 yards and six touchdowns in seven games.
