PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that running backs Mewelde Moore and Isaac Redman and safety Will Allen sustained concussions during Monday night's 27-21 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.

All three players must pass post-concussion tests before being cleared to play.

"The standard is the standard. We have to prepare very smart with these guys and even look at potentially alternative modes of preparation to make sure enough of these men get sufficient looks at what is necessary for us to play," Tomlin said.

Tomlin also stated during his Tuesday press conference that defensive end Brett Keisel is working through a hamstring injury, left guard Chris Kemoeatu has a knee sprain, left tackle Max Starks experienced some stingers, and tight end Heath Miller has fluid on a knee.

The Steelers (6-2) welcome the Patriots (6-2) to town on Sunday night.
