INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie, owner of six touchdown catches this season, underwent surgery on his thumb on Thursday.

Collie has 44 catches for 503 yards in six games this year for the Colts, who are also without tight end Dallas Clark (wrist) for an indefinite period of time.

There was no word on how long Collie will be sidelined, though the Indianapolis Star indicated he will miss several weeks.

Defensive tackle Antonio Johnson also had knee surgery on Thursday and there was no timeline for his return. Johnson has eight tackles this year.

The Colts are on a bye this week and next play on Monday, November 1 against AFC South rival Houston.
